Britannic was founded in 1984. From the offset Britannic established an enviable reputation within the market for delivering high quality telecommunications solutions and services complimented with their ability to innovate within the market.

Throughout this time Britannic has developed their position within the fast moving and evolving telecoms market place by partnering with world leading manufacturers and service provides to deliver a best of breed solution to organisations throughout the UK, complimented with our total commitment to customer care and integration capabilities.

Following the acquisition of a software development house in 2000 Britannic began to realise the many benefits of being able to support the emergence of voice, data and video convergence.

Britannic Telecom became Britannic Technologies in 2003 in reflection of our ability to deliver much more than the traditional view of a telecoms supplier.

Today Britannic Technologies are one of the largest and most established independent communications companies in the UK, providing both national and international solutions. We specialise in IP Communications and Networking, Systems and CT (Computer Telephony) Integration and Applications Development.

Our Headquarters are in Guildford, Surrey (UK). We directly support in excess of 1,400 organisations in wide ranging areas across the public and private sector.
We are focused on providing our customers with quality products and services that support and enhance their business requirements - with a structured development path for the future. Our approach enables our customers to rationalise their suppliers and service providers with a partner who is has the technical and commercial expertise and desire to take ownership on behalf of our customers.

Since our inception in 1984 we have focused on working with our customers in 'partnership' with the specific aim of adding 'real value' to their business operations through effective utilisation of technology - complemented by a total commitment to customer care. We believe it is this philosophy that has enabled our continued success and strong customer relationships - many of which span more than 15 years.
