providers, from the offset we were awarded and have retained the highly
prestigious Platinum Solution provider status which is the highest level
of accreditation possible within Mitel’s global Solution Provider Program.
The Mitel Solution Provider Program is a 100% skills-based program. It is designed to ensure that end-user customers are assured of high quality service and support and that we are able to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible.
Accreditation at each level is based upon technical and commercial skill-set, particularly in the area of networked business solutions. Each program level carries its own set of solution provider accreditation requirements and receives differing levels of support from Mitel.
The Mitel Solution Provider Program is designed to ensure that Mitel end customers, wherever they are in the world are serviced professionally and that they receive a consistent level of skilled support from an accredited Solution Provider.
As a result of our in-depth knowledge and capabilities of Mitel’s core technology, coupled with our world leading integration skills we are ideally placed to help our customers achieve real business benefit through best practice advice, configuration and systems integration / applications development.
