BriPORTAL
BriPORTAL is a highly secure and accountable communications server which provides an enhanced level of remote support and security. BriPORTAL uses 2048 bit encryption and the SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is an encryption protocol that allows confidential data, to pass over the Internet without being vulnerable to interception, eavesdropping or hackers.
The system uses a Certificate of Authority (CA) to verify authority and enable connection. Each engineer is issued with a certificate which is loaded onto their laptop. To gain access to the systems via the BriPORTAL the engineer requires a valid certificate.
All passwords and IP addresses are then located centrally in a highly secure store. These are then overlaid with a “virtual infrastructure” which maps back to the underlying secure information. This ensures who logs on via the portal (with their CA) cannot view sensitive information such as passwords and IP addresses.
BriPORTAL resolves basic limitations that every support company has with
remote service.
Most networks use the same set of IP address ranges, so there is no easy
way to uniquely identify networks and provide automated services. We have
overcome this which means that we can deliver automated services and do
not need to impose changes to customers IP ranges – using our “virtual
infrastructure.”

BriLOGBriLOG is a powerful and easy to use Call Management software application that is fully integrated with the Mitel 3300 platform. It combines speed, accuracy and flexibility - with the convenient desktop access. BriLOG Call Management will give you access to information to help you improve productivity, identify service improvements and manage / control costs.
As BriLOG Call Management software is a networked product it can be accessed from other users in the business (LAN) or used to analyse information across multiple telephone systems (WAN) – including teleworkers.
BriLOG Call Management software provides a wide range of reports, statistics and graphs providing the necessary information to get the most out of your business communications.
Web based GUI
Web based GUI (Graphical User Interface) allows management of your system via the web. Companies which have multiple offices can be managed from any location. This could be from head office, a dedicated IT site or even by a third party (for instance the company providing system support, e.g. Britannic Technologies) company.
This reduces the need for people to travel to the location of the problem, which could be anywhere in the world for some organisations and also greatly increases the speed of problem resolution.
