Least Cost Routing

Britannic Technologies provide alternative call routing packages designed to reduce costs without impacting upon quality.

Britannic's call routing service is available in two options, traditional LCR or VoIP calls via IP trunks (lines).

Britannic’s NetworkCONNECT is an aggregated LCR (Least Cost Routing) service, created with the specific aim of delivering savings on business telephone calls.

Britannic's LCR service routes telephone calls over traditional networks (PSTN, ISDN2e and ISDN30). However one of the primary differences between our LCR service and traditional call packages is the cost savings that can be achieved. This is done because we have agreements with multiple "Tier 1" carriers. This enables us to construct a best of breed call routing package, optimising savings and enhancing continuity of service. Should a problem occur with a particular route we simply change carriers accordingly - providing you with resilient routing at the same lower call charges.

As the service utilises existing BT network connections there is no need to change existing telephone numbers, or have the expense of installing new lines.

In addition to the benefits of saving money, resilience and convenience of dealing with one supplier, you will receive a free software application for comprehensive analysis of call data.
