Network Itemised Billing
Britannic’s CallData application provides fast, accurate and comprehensive
electronic analysis of your itemised telephone bill.
It will contain details of all calls routed via BTL Network Services - outbound (LCR), Mobiles (in and outbound) and inbound calls (0800, 0845, 0870 and Premium Rated)
CallData is available free of charge to all BTL Network Connect customers and provides high levels of functionality.
CallData will provide you with electronic access to your complete itemised telephone bill enabling to perform filters, save, print and export searches on various conditions, including:
- Call Cost
- Call Duration
- Originating Number
- Cost centre billing
- Call Type
- Call Time and Date
- Call Destination - Number, Area and Type
These filters can then be performed on current or previous month’s data.
- Export facility to csv format (comma separated values), for input into
excel - for further manipulation, or creation of charts and management
reports.
- Print facility to produce a paper copy of certain filters or searches. Six standard reports - for which you can select the number of calls, i.e. Top “10” Most Expensive Calls.
Standard Reports are:
- Most Expensive Calls
- Longest Duration
- Destinations by cost
- International calls by duration
- International calls by cost
- Frequently dialled numbers
