Educational Seminars & Workshops
Britannic provide free seminars and conferences. These are broken down
into regular events addressing specific partner solutions such as AVAYA,
Mitel & HP and the value add Britannic provide, "New & Emerging
Technology for Specific Functions & Applications" and an annual "Strategic
Review of the Communications Marketplace" conference.
These events provide our customers with the opportunity at least twice a year to review detailed roadmap updates and new applications available from key providers such as Mitel and AVAYA.
Each attendee also has the opportunity to meet senior executives from both Britannic and our Strategic Partners to discuss future business requirements and other users to discuss their experiences and application of technology offered.
Britannic regularly attracts "world class" presenters, leading industry experts and senior executives to present at these events.
Key staff will be contacted and personally invited to these seminars. In addition Britannic's customers have exclusive early notice of events via Britannic's CZONE (Customer Zone - Extranet).
As a follow up to these scheduled events key Britannic personnel will support the account manager by providing more in-depth personal demonstrations to review specific applications, deployments and return on investment for your business. These typically take the form of "Technology Workshops" or "Technology Days.“
These Workshops ("Technology Days") can be carried out at either your premises, Britannic's offices, at a demonstration suite or at our Strategic Partners offices.
These events provide the opportunity to focus on specific needs and plans
for you the customer and present you with the available options and specific
benefits that can be achieved using Britannic Technologies.
