Should the recipient of a message have low or no signal, messages are stored
and sent the instant the recipients mobile/pager becomes available again.

You simply buy bundles of messages and use them as and when required. You can also set an email alert which will inform you when you are running low on stock levels of bundle messages, this minimum level of messages alert can be set by yourself.
