PROJECT
ENGINEER
Summary:
An excellent opportunity for a
Senior Technical Specialist to play a pivotal role in the
definition and deployment process for the core products sold and
supported within Britannic Technologies.
The ideal candidate will be a
technology-driven individual currently in a project or engineering
role looking to take on technology leadership responsibilities in
this area. You will be part of the Operations Group - working
closely with the Installation Engineers and product specialists -
but will own the interaction between the technical and commercial
teams.
You will have current IP Telephony
skills in the MITEL product arena (with Avaya exposure an advantage
too) - and a good understanding of WAN and LAN technologies and
capabilities - with ability to design WAN architectures and
interconnection options for customers. With experience
in presenting technical solutions you will have good commercial
awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in a similar role will
be advantageous as will certifications in Mitel/ Cisco
technologies.
This is an office based role
although you will be required to attend client's meetings and
sites.
