Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!

Summary

You will have responsibility for overseeing the sales support function and improving operational efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes while reviewing and implementing new processes and procedures as required.

To be successful in the role, you will be driven, with a proactive and collaborative approach, an eye for detail and demonstrable experience with processes, systems and data.

The ultimate aim is not only to support a busy sales department and promote inter-departmental working, but also to develop and improve operational structures, helping to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Competencies


  • Highly experienced working across Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
  • Very strong numeracy and English skills, ideally to at least A-level standard
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Accuracy focussed with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
