Sales Support Administrator
The Role
Location: Guildford, Surrey GU4 7WA
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 for the right candidate
We are looking for a proactive strong administrator, who has an excellent eye for detail, can multitask using various complex systems. The Sales Support Administrator will excel in providing administrative support to the Sales Team by preparing quotes and processing sales orders
The Sales Support Administrator will work collaboratively with Account Managers with their daily responsibilities and offer support to the Sales Office Manager and other departments as required. Acting as a key liaison for Account Managers, the Sales Support Administrator will effectively interface with all Britannic departments, customers, and suppliers. As an ambassador of Britannic, the Sales Support Administrator will deliver exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- To work collaboratively to support and assist Account Managers
- Creating quotes and processing orders using multiple systems and tools
- Provide customers with an additional point of contact in addition to the designated account managers
- Processing and amending orders, using CRM & Sage.
- Acting as the interface between salespeople, suppliers, other business functions and customers.
- Undertaking follow up calls with customers
- Ensure all data within the CRM is kept up to date and current.
- Assist with Pre-Sales tickets and preparing pricing using multiple vendor portals
- Ensure all maintenance contracts data is kept up to date and accurate
- Obtaining the renewal pricing as per schedule from 3rd party suppliers and are accurately recorded
- Part of a group answering main incoming calls
- Represent Britannic Technologies professionally, knowledgeably and with credibility, liaising with clients, stakeholders and suppliers as required.
