Inside Unified Communications Seminar

Overview

The last session in our Inside Innovation Seminar Series, this free seminar focuses on using Skype for Business as a comprehensive and secure cloud-based solution that effortlessly connects office-based, mobile and remote workers with each other and the rest of the world, allowing internal and external groups to communicate through different real-time media for increased knowledge exchange, productivity and location-independent collaboration.

The seminar will explain how businesses can create a complete UC environment with Skype for Business, combining presence and availability tools, telephony, voice mail, audio & video conferencing, instant messaging and document sharing in one enterprise-grade solution. This morphs user-friendly communications with security, compliance and control while reducing the cost of managing siloed applications.

Skype for Business can now be deployed as an enterprise voice solution. We will offer guidance on different deployment models and infrastructure requirements.

As an added bonus, you will learn about complementary solutions that neatly tie into Microsoft’s UC platform to form an entire ecosystem, including Red Box Recorders’ recently launched call recording solution for Skype for Business, Polycom video technology and Jabra’s Skype headsets.

Join us at Polycom’s City Office, Dashwood House, 16th Floor, 69 Old Broad Street, London EC2M 1QS on Thursday, 30th June.

The day will begin with registration, tea and coffee at 9.30am. Presentations start at 10am.
