Britannic Named Finalists in AudioCodes UK Partner Awards for 2025

Britannic is proud to announce that we have been recognised by our long-standing partner, AudioCodes, as finalists in the UK Partner Awards 2025 for both Partner of the Year and Innovation Partner of the Year. It is a fitting and rewarding way to close out 2025.

These nominations reflect a year of focused, hands-on innovation, particularly in the way we are applying AI prompt engineering to deliver tangible business outcomes for our customers. Over the past 12 months, our teams have been working extensively in-house, alongside clients and in collaboration with partners to push AI beyond experimentation and into everyday operational value.

A key outcome of this work has been the creation of a powerful new value-add to AudioCodes’ MIA (Meeting Insights and Action) AI Assistant. By designing and deploying customised AI prompts, we are enabling organisations to dramatically improve the quality and usefulness of AI-driven meeting transcription, summarisation and insights.

Rather than generic meeting notes, customers can now turn everyday meetings into structured learning, coaching and performance assets. This approach supports:

• Stronger customer success outcomes driven by actionable intelligence.

By adding this new dimension to meetings, MIA evolves from a productivity tool into a platform for continuous improvement, helping organisations embed learning and performance uplift directly into how their people work.
