James has a rich history in Customer Experience and Digital Transformation inside the Financial Services industry having led large global voice and AI powered messaging programs and is now leading the CX drive in region for Zoom. James was part of the team that launched Zoom Contact Centre in the EMEA and continues to share his experience and ideas across the region.
