  • Yes. We specialise in helping businesses move away from ISDN or legacy SIP platforms. The NetX team manages the transition process to ensure minimal downtime and smooth cutover.

  • It depends on your configuration. An SBC (Session Border Controller) is recommended for added security and control, especially for on-premise deployments — but we also support cloud-based setups without SBCs.

  • Porting is simple. We'll guide you through the submission of a Letter of Authority (LOA) and coordinate the transfer with your current provider. You’ll receive updates throughout the process and minimal service disruption.

  • NetX offers flexible pricing models, including per-channel and per-minute options. You can choose the model that aligns best with your usage patterns and cost predictability.

  • Yes with additional Admin training. Within the NetX Portal, you can configure traffic thresholds, usage alerts, and even hard limits to stay in control of spend and usage.

  • NetX enables rapid, on-demand scaling — perfect for periods of high call volume. For example, during university Clearing, trunks and channels can be added instantly, with live reporting to monitor activity. However this is NOT an instant feature.

    Customers don't have direct access, and would have to jointly discuss with Britannic to manage these busy periods.

  • Yes. NetX includes a multi-tenant portal for resellers and managed service providers, enabling provisioning, monitoring, and support across multiple end customers from a single interface.

  • Yes. NetX is used by a wide range of organisations — from SMEs needing a reliable SIP service to large enterprises managing thousands of concurrent calls. The platform is scalable, secure, and tailored to your operational needs.

  • G-Cloud is a UK Government framework that simplifies the procurement of cloud-based services for the public sector. It allows organisations like councils, NHS trusts, schools and central government departments to buy digital services from pre-approved suppliers via the Digital Market Place.

  • The Digital Marketplace is the UK Government's official online catalogue where public sector buyers can search and compare cloud-based services and suppliers listed under G-Cloud.
