  • Being a G-Cloud 14 approved supplier means that Britannic Technologies has been assessed and accepted by the Crown Commercial Service to provide trusted, secure, and compliant cloud solutions to the UK public sector.

  • G-Cloud is designed to speed up procurement. You can award a contract in as little as a few days, depending on the complexity of your project and internal governance processes.

  • Britannic is recognised as a high-tier G-Cloud 14 provider, trusted by the UK Government to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud, telecoms, and IT services to public sector organisations.

  • No. G-Cloud 14 is open to all public sector bodies in the UK, including local councils, NHS trusts, schools, universities, and non-departmental organisations, making it a vital framework for digital transformation.

  • Branded Messages are verified business messages that display your name, logo and sender profile at the top of the message. They can also include images, videos and action buttons, turning a simple text into an interactive experience.

  • Traditional SMS is plain text, limited in length and easy to ignore or spoof. Branded Messages carry your verified identity, support rich media, allow interaction directly in the message and give you full visibility of delivery and engagement.

  • Yes. Where full features aren’t supported, the system automatically falls back to standard SMS — so your message is always delivered.
