2023 marked a year of significant evolution for us. We welcomed new roles and functions, enhancing our business operations and emphasising our commitment to both internal talent development and ongoing recruitment. With a new Customer Experience and Success team and sales and product marketing management, we exemplify our dedication to nurturing and growing talent and opportunities within our team and beyond.
Our project management and engineering teams are thriving under new guidance and structure. The appointment of a new service desk and UC & CC engineering team lead has not only improved our service management, but also laid the foundation for expanding our intelligent managed services and enhancing the capabilities of our Network Operations Centre. This will be further extended through our Network Service and Security business practice which will enhance the available managed service and network service value.
We have strengthened our IT services team and our commitment to robust security measures, utilising tools like MS Teams, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI and vulnerability scanning - for both internal needs and as services for our clients.
We have added a new dedicated learning and development practice focused on the continuous development of our culture and talent and added a number of new recruits across the business who have embarked upon the next phase of their career development with Britannic.
Technologically, we've advanced with the integration of the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This upgrade serves as a platform for the continuous development of our systems, processes, and customer service, augmented with our customer portal, CZone.
Our partnerships with industry leaders like Five9, 8x8, Mitel, Fortinet, BT, Calabrio, Zoom and Bizvu have not only strengthened, but expanded, enhancing the value we offer in the market, as a consultative technology partner, working in partnership with clients to translate business needs into system design.
Our private cloud architecture remains a market leader, and we've successfully integrated new customers into this environment, backed by our commitment to 99.999% SLAs.
At our 20th annual Convergence Summit, we revealed an exciting roadmap, featuring our consultative approach, intelligent managed services, interaction analytics, AI, and automation. Our SIP platform, NetX, is set to provide our customers with ground breaking transformation with network-based conversational insights, offering our customers comprehensive 360-degree insights to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.
